1. Pre-rental Condition: This offer is conditional upon a credit report and reference checks being completed to the landlord's complete satisfaction.

During the Lease:

11. Noise and Neighbors: The tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of other residents, particularly those on lower floors. Excessive noise or disturbances are prohibited. The use of rugs or the removal of shoes is strongly recommended to reduce impact noise.
12. Pets: No pets are allowed in the unit or on the property.
13. Substances: It is strictly forbidden to cultivate, smoke, or vape tobacco, cannabis, or any other illegal substance in the unit, on the balconies, or in the common areas.
14. Airbnb: Any subletting via Airbnb or short-term rental is strictly prohibited and will constitute a serious breach of the lease.
15. Keys: The tenant is responsible for the replacement cost in case of lost keys or access chips.
End of Lease:
16. Assignment of Lease: The tenant is not permitted to sublet or assign their lease without the landlord's prior written consent.
17. Condition Report: At the end of the lease, the unit must be returned in the same condition as at the start of the tenancy (including walls, floors, and fixtures).
18. Viewings: In the event of non-renewal or sale, the tenant agrees to allow viewings by potential tenants or buyers with 24 to 48 hours' notice.
